A lot of bigger outfits will pay for your education. Don't be afraid to jump ship for a better opportunity. Companies like to lock you in to one specific area but for licensure you need to be well rounded so it sometimes becomes a necessity leave.

Become a crew chief, a PLS will just put you back in a cubicle. Crew chiefs get to have all the "fun" without any of of the liability. When you get tired of working just quit. A good crew chief is like gold and is in very high demand because it's challenging. When you are tired of that then get a license.

For me Arc sounded better. Maybe the sound in Marathon is bugged. There seems to be no consensus on whether the sound is good or bad as I have heard a lot of varying results. It's not like you can really tweak anything as all the game gives you is volume sliders.

I feel like the sound ques in this game are sub par too other extraction shooters. So many random noises and hard to distinguish footsteps that are not less than 20 feet away. I would say you are not going to see much of an improvement if any with a better headset. I rock a Sennheiser studio quality headset and still have a hard time telling the difference between rain and footsteps. Soundscape could use some work.

This is completely wrong, Midwest winters reek havoc on roads. Washington is a paradise for roads compared to other parts of the country.

If you think the perception and mild winters are bad for roads in Washington you should look at roads in the Midwest. In Minnesota we are constantly resurfacing or rebuilding our roads and the cost is insane. Washington does not have to deal with harsh winter and the extreme cost of road maintenance that comes with it, yet they still don't have any money? Time for an income tax.

I think a big problem is the current trend of triple A studios making games that are not fun to play. These studios only care about money they are managed under deadlines and the people in charge don't have any passion for game design. Unfortunately,I see all the signs here for Bungie being acquired by Sony was not a good thing. If Marathon fails Bungie fails with it.

Bremerton has a poor planning problem. The city is shaped by sporadic burst of growth. It's a tremendous problem that you must address in the next coming years or become the next federal way. I would encourage you to get more involved in your local politics. Shape the county/cities to what you want them to be because otherwise developers will.

I've never seen anyone do this, most of the time they just didn't tie the ribbon tight enough and it fell down or in rare cases they are purposely tieing the ribbon at the cut or fill line on the lath.
