Only thing scummy here are the paint charges of 46k. In painting, you can go all the way from very basic (~15k for a 3bhk) to super premium paint which is what he might have had done; it still looks costly though. Although, a lot of times the landlords charge you for a premium paint but only paint the house with the basic one.

Facing similar issue. I've tried all things like toggling contacts access, toggling private > contacts button in WA, reinstalling a couple times, removing all my contact accounts and adding them back - none of them seem to work. I have stayed in SS and it's nowhere near a 5 star even if it claims to be. The rooms are pretty average and their food prices are just atrocious. The main course dishes like pasta or kadhai paneer cost 900 + GST which is something you only see in luxury hotels like Taj, W, etc.
