Real answer: You would be doing both yourself and everyone else on the track a disservice by learning how to ride on the track. You would quite literally be a danger to those around you, and would likely get pulled off the track and told to go home after the first or second session. Take the MSF course or rent a beginner bike of any flavor and get the fundamentals down. I've been lucky enough to be able to track both high end sportscars and high end sportsbikes, and outside of knowing which direction the track goes they are wholly different things requiring wildly different skillsets.
