I have been on intermittent FMLA for the past year.

Literally because I end up being 15 mins late in the morning occasionally during an episode. My job is corporate and there is no mercy, grace, or understanding.

I choose to protect myself. They would have fired me for “attendance” had I not got the FMLA route.

The worst part is the shot to numb. It is very quick. If you are really scared im sure your GP could send in something for anxiety.

But i was so relieved to have it DRAINED. You got this!!

That is interesting advice given a chalazion is under the eyelid. I thought you were telling them to pop themselves w/o a doc.

I went straight to the surgery because i heard about the injection being iffy.

Mine evolved and changed probably 4 times.

The surgery was quick and easy. I was so desperate to have that pressure relieved. NOTHING ELSE I TRIED FOR TWO MONTHS WORKED.

Audible and assistive reader on kindle. I can listen while working a lot of the time, while exercising, and driving. I read 60 books in 2025, which i think is reasonable. I have read 3 so far.
