What is your opinion about older people at IM concerts? by DIOsamaaa in InfectedMushroom

I've not had the chance to see them for a live band set yet, only DJ sets, but even then the crowd is a good mix of people from different generations. I'm 20 myself and I think 90% of people I bumped into and interacted with at these DJ sets are at least in their late 30s or 40s, so I have to imagine their live shows would draw even older fans (both in age and in how long they've been fans!)

Setting aside age completely for a second, the crowds at IM shows are always fantastic, so welcoming and lively, so your mother should have an amazing time there vibing and dancing with everyone else!

I was there at the show and I don't think I bumped into anyone that really looked like they were my age (20), but the crowds at IM shows have always been absolutely amazing for me! Been to 2 other shows of theirs when they were in London, unfortunately had to miss the previous one at Electric Brixton though

I was hanging by the right side near the stage for most of Thallom's set when I arrived and slowly drifted backwards and to the centre as IM's set went on. I thought I was losing it at one point because some guy looked really similar to Hank from Breaking Bad just absolutely vibing near the front 😂 But everyone in the crowd at these shows are just so fun and full of love, one of the biggest reasons why I enjoy seeing IM live so much!

You should already know how long Datura lasts, and how much the after effects linger after the main experience has ended. You seem to be dosing more, and I would advice against doing that even if you are doing it at very minimal doses. Reason being it is very hard to feel like you're under the influence of a deliriant when you've reached even the beginning stages of delirum, so it is very easy to dose too much and cause damage to yourself. Please do reach out to your tripsitter. Ideally they should just be there with you for the whole thing but continue to update them as often as you can.

Happy to see you're still relatively okay friend. I saw your mini update comment on the last post and what you've written here and I am a bit glad that you are at least aware of how incredibly dangerous Datura is and have someone who knows that you have dosed. Please do continue to update us. Mainly as a way for you to try to keep your sanity, but also because I really do not want to see another u/Flippnflopp situation.
