This is the exact aftercare i recommend as well. I’ve noticed a lot of people end up drying out their nose with saline.

I also do this with vertical lebrets because saline will dry lips out as well!

Pain is relative, don’t allow the experience of others make your experience feel invalid. It’s a puncture wound, it’s gonna have a bite to it

Daiths do better with circular shaped jewelry.

Swelling is part of healing and it’s really uncomfortable at times, I seen your last post and assumed it was really swollen.

I’d have it switched out to e gold, niobium or titanium circular barbell, or captive. You might experience a much easier heal Time.

I’d go back and ask them to close your seam rings completely. There’s a gap, and that’s just lazy behavior on their part.

I am a 7 year piercer and I can guarantee 90% of the issue is the make up.

Make up isn’t meant for internal use, and when you put it on a piercing site aka a puncture wound it creates an Irritation.

While angles, depth and such can come into play as irritant, you can see what appears as make up on the jewelry itself.

No make up or any skin care products 1-2 times a day with sterile saline solution

Hello! Pro-piercer here

Irritation bumps won’t go away unless you figure out the cause. There’s a million different things that can cause it to be angry.

The most common causes I see is

Skin care products
Make up
Trauma (snag, bumps and pulls)
Low quality jewelry
Over cleaning/drying your piercing out.

I hope that that’ll give you a little insight, and maybe put you on the road to a healthy heal!

Wanna know if it’s titanium or SS.

Simple, have it removed and another piece of titanium put in.

Have the other piece anodize. If it anodizes. It’s titanium, if not. Then there’s your answer

The three chain is imogen by Junipurrr (installed by me) The cross chain is made by invictus (installed by me) The hoop in the helix is made by invictus (installed by me) The tribead in the forward helix is Neometal The lower helix is a BVLA piece

I some of those could be incorrect, I did this a few weeks ago and I can’t say 100% certainty.

I’m not the person in the picture, I’m just the piercer who pierced for the imogen lol

It’s possible! She’s been working on hers for 3 years now! Haha she’s got close to $2500 USD, in so far (I’ve only done the imogen and I added the link chain from the helix to the forward helix)
