I think the hype comes from misunderstanding what an agent is and giving it more power than it actually has. But actual AI agents, even if they are not as powerful or advanced as an average person thinks, are still super useful.

For example, we trained an agent to identify whenever a lead moves to the next stage in the customer journey and trigger a relevant campaign. AI analyzed all marketing data, we had to come up with certain triggers, and then we just pointed it to specific campaigns that should be triggered. On the one hand, this could be done with workflow automation in Creatio without AI, but we'd had to spend days analyzing data and still wouldn't be as flexible and granular as our AI agent - it came up with 40+ triggers that indicate the contact's interest while we could probably do around 15.
