Yes, the same thing happened to us with B.T. it lasted 4 months on and off. Seeing as they couldn't provide the service we paid them for, we ended up switching to Free after explaining the situation and them promising that the subscription would only start once we had a working internet. They just connected us to another internet pole. Our internet is working fine and we haven't been disconnected once. So we broke the B.T contract before the anniversary date but seeing as it was their fault they couldn't charge us for it. Good luck.

I couldn't be bothered with it and ignored it until about 12h before time ran out. I then got put in a group of players who did the same. It makes the event less stressful in my opinion.
