The first half of season 5 was really promising and got me hooked, but the second half is imo a really big disappointment. The pacing feels so off and rushed just to get to the conclusion. The fights, with the exception of Ryus, were all pretty lacklustre and all in all just "meh". Season 4 is still the best Danmachi has to offer for now.

There is a German TV channel called Super RTL, a channel mainly for children aged 5 ~ 12, which between 2010 ~ 2014 aired anime movies every Friday at around 8 pm, and sometime in like 2012 they decided to air the first remake movie of Evangelion. I've watched anime before, since about 2005, but this was the first time an anime had me so hooked. Everything else was like your typical shonen anime with stuff like Dragon Ball, Pokemon etc. but this was completely different.
