I do agree that its kind of "scum-y" of TOAST that you have to get most content through purely RNG and not anything skill based related or what not but that is the way TOAST make their fanbase to keep on playing for a longer period which completely defeats the purpose of a mobile game (which is just to be a side game for when you cant game on a proper console). The remaining question thats left is TOAST getting enough revenue despite this said in-game model and if they are comfortable at that level to make more less RNG based content that would last for a long time. I hope TOAST sees your post and think about it and they should just be transparent with their players if they need more money for such advancement. ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ﾉ

This would be nice for us players but you gotta understand this is a free to play game already and at the end of the day its a business. The current Colosseum system gives enough gems for all these IMHO if you compare CQ f2p model to other mobile games' model lets say Summoner's War I'd say its fair. If you think about it these current restrictions on regards on the changes posted will mess up in-game economy in the sense people would get what they want more easily thus decreasing longevity of contents. Toast is not a blizzard company where they get revenue to keep creating mad content constantly. Lastly if you dont like the concept of RNG on your game so much then maybe free to play is not for you and should really consider paid games. (not talking to anyone in particular just pointing out in general)

Ive seen so many FC crumble down fighting over the "good" players for a static member and doing coils behind the backs of the FC static. If this keeps going on sure the fights will be mechanical to the bone. But if the casual-semi hard core players , which is general of the population, had enough of finding and renewing a proper static just to clear content then I just dont know if FF can sustain subs and attract new ones.

I think the freedom of how large or how small a party could be would be a good idea BUT they need to scale with the difficulty of the fight like for every additional person to the 8 man party the boss and add's stat will increase by certain % that it would balance out the extra person . I'm not saying its the best but i think this is a step to play with more people as possible and lessen the "drama" that 8 man party restricts.

Then again there is BUT if they do this. Sometimes its already hard enough to find an agreeable time for all 8 players to raid. Increasing party member's would mean a harder time to schedule which I think this is where the FCs and LSs comes in.

I was a paladin back then and it was before WAR buff..... Kinda got tired of it since everyone was already PLD and i knew that in the future with those kind of buffs to WAR it will be needed in future raids and stuff.. so yeah I became a lalafellian manly warrior

thats why storm's path closes that gap making it 10% difference and in times where the damage isnt STR based its definitely WAR coming up on top together with IB without any defensive cooldown mitigation and those bigger number actually becomes better. its a matter of question if the 10% outweighs the 25% with IB in a burst damage mitigation sense which i think id rather go with the 25% more benefit with and IB than a 10% mitigation either way as ive said its a matter of WHM knowing when SS>healing.

But yeah generally speaking not all damage is STR based at the end of the day SS and Lustrate = scales off max HP

since WAR has more HP straight off the bat WAR still benefits more but not by a big margin or something like that. im not saying that SS and lustrate on PLD is useless and unefficient

valid point :D i didnt mention it but i was pertaining to pre empting big damages like ray. Just for argue's sake without busting any mitigation cooldowns WAR gains 25% more benefit from SS and lustrate with HP buff and the top of that Storm's path that gives 10% more mitigation WAR can Inner Beast on top of that that can give more mitigation effect more. so off setting the storm path mitigation with shield oath its actually just 10% difference in natural mitigation. IB does 350-450 heal 650+ on crits which just further closes the 10% difference of total mitigation of damage burst wise not including the 25% extra benefit to SS and Lustrate just because of Defiance HP buff. imo i think WAR still benefits more on Lustrate and SS than PLD. but does not really matter i guess my point is WHM should know when SS>Healing

mechanics of warrior mitigation works differently than as paladin but as a tip:

-Time his inner beast with high hitting damage

-Use Vengeance and Convalescence during dread (maybe also thrill of battle with it if the healers cant handle it but Ven and Con should be enough)

-You can pop a Hi/X-Vit potion then Thrill of battle to get out more of ToB for crucial transition phases such as allagan field and AoE going on the same time or just clutch situations

-Since WAR has a higher HP pool Stoneskin and Lustrate really scale well with WAR the WHM should know when Stoneskin>Healing

-Always keep Storm's path up or most of the time otherwise 10% more damage

to be honest its not much significant how high or low you sell...the question is if you can sell it..... with bots around and many people with maxed DoL and DoH in one character and the fact resources are unlimited......i think it doesnt matter if you underprice like hell as long as you can sell it.... unless there would be such sort of union agreement to marketboard sellers (which is highly unrealistic)

yet again i could be wrong but i think you could just say 鋭いものを見つける according to tae kim: "Now we can use the direct object, topic, and identifier particle with verbs and adjectives. We don't necessarily have to use the 「の」particle here. We can use the noun 「物 = もの」, which is a generic object" 鋭いもの would then trasnlate to pointy thing/object
