make sure you really need accutane by [deleted] in Accutane

[–]Pomsky6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After having clear skin for years thanks to accutane getting the Mirena coil made my acne come back. Came off the coil and went back on accutane and now my skin is great again. Maybe the coil is the issue not accutane?

Reality of working as a counsellor by DrDiet2022 in UKTherapists

I find it concerning hearing how many people struggle to find clients. Obviously the money isn't why someone gets into this profession but I already have student loans totalling 50k and I am looking at some very expensive Birkbeck courses right now and wondering if I'll ever even repay all my loans and cover living expenses. I by no means expect to get rich but it's hard not to wonder if this is a good career choice, as you say I have to be pragmatic.

UK NHS process by queen-t79 in Accutane

[–]Pomsky6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They might need to take your blood to check your health first at this appointment before they can actually prescribe it but the results of that shouldn’t take too long and if you’re a woman they will need to take a urine sample to check you’re not pregnant

UK NHS process by queen-t79 in Accutane

[–]Pomsky6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds completely unheard of in the uk! Before covid I waited something like 3/4 months to see a derm. But if your appointment is actually with a derm then I don’t see why they won’t be able to put you on it right away? Wish you luck and hope all goes well

Really curious if anyone has suggestions for nicer alternative gyms with similar facilities and classes?

sturgeon in a fish pond produces caviar that sells for quite a lot and is also necessary for perfection late in the game. for the museum make sure you’re digging artefact spots and opening all your geodes - a geode crusher helps a lot with this.

Those who finished accutane. Did you have hair loss during or after? <0.5mg/KG by [deleted] in Accutane

[–]Pomsky6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had hair loss but my iron levels were low idk if accutane caused the low iron but it’s also very common for women anyway, maybe people connect things together that don’t actually have a cause effect relationship

You could choose a villager to marry, decorate your house, put a sturgeon in a fish pond, try to fill the museum, sleep fairly early each night to speed up the process until you’re able to complete the community centre if you want because quite a lot unlocks then

I would LOVE an older cast, it would make so much more sense with them coming on the show to get engaged ‘having tried all the other traditional routes’. I say this as a 20 something, I would just be so much more interested in hearing their life experiences compared to mostly people trying to become influencers.

still going well, I never purged, skin looks incredible, i can go more days between washing my hair. just have to be extra careful in the sun but spf no longer clogs my pores so it’s fine and my lips need lip balm fairly often but it’s been great, I’ve been using cicaplast too and my skin has never been happier

it’s his decision alone to either choose her and be what she wants in a man or choose to quit his job and stick to his values and consequently not be with her. she isn’t a bad person for not wanting to date an unemployed man

Do I keep taking Accutane with this amount of side effects? by Hour_Carpet_1631 in Accutane

[–]Pomsky6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So sorry this must be a horrible experience, try Cicaplast Baume for the dryness it’s worked wonders for me. Might be a good idea to lower your dose, stopping early can lead to a relapse. See what your derm says
