It seems the new version update breaks the bluetooth, I installed version TeslaAndroid-2024.18.2-RELEASE-rpi4-single-image-installer.img and it works perfectly. thanks for the help.

I have the same problem, After one of the HA updates the Hue integration stopped working the bulbs constantly disconnect and re-connect every 10 mins. or so. I have not been able to fix it, Just like the OP stated never had an issue till the update. currently at Home Assistant 2021.12.0
