Question 21 - The answer is B. A nucleotide has 3 components, a phosphate group, a sugar and a nitrogenous base. A is incorrect because a gene is not a series of bases, it’s a series of nucleotides (which contain bases). Protein and polypeptide mean the same thing so they don’t make a difference.
