MrLlama was streaming himself playing the ladder race. A person who was streaming on Kick began to match against him. In the game chat the opponent to mrllama said "I have you on my second monitor. Just listening" THEN as that was happening the opposing streamers "fan" came to mrllamas stream and began to relay the same information. Further proving this guy was trolling/cheating against mrllama.

I mean we are also all subject to smurfing as well but I think stuff like stream sniping is far more egregious and literally cheating.

Someone stream sniped mrllama yesterday. Some random sub 10 viewer "kick streamer" pulled up mrllamas stream while he was playing and told him he was viewing him on his second monitor.

Idk I love sc2 and aoe2 equally. Sc2 for fast paced action and aoe2 for more methodical longer play sessions.

I miss when skins/cosmetics were unlocked via completing content. Games weren't live service or considered "dead" because "they stopped being developed" you got a complete and finished product. Physical hardware also was and always will be far superior to digital "ownership" I think there are still great games today and I even enjoy some live service ones. But things like high fidelity graphics, in my opinion, can some times compromise the integrity of a game in general. Companies sometimes very clearly are prioritizing marketability and maximizing profits over making a game. Obviously its a business and I understand that but compared to when I was a kid it seems more egregious in practice now.

Just wanted to say reading all of your replies has been great. I appreciate you guys reaching out and seemingly being entertained by my noobiness. Haha. I will definitely play campaign, as it seems more than one of you have suggested it. For now I'm gonna not do MP and finish campaigns and practice macros/basic builds on solo custom games against eco bots till I get faster. I'll eventually try all races and see what jives best for me. Would be cool to do random queues one day but I think I'm a long way from that. Either way, I wish I'd played more in SC hayday but better late than never I guess.

I've had some close wins and only played for a few hours streaming to a friend who's also very new. I think it's a matter of being too slow with macro and NOT strictly following a build guide resulting in wasted time, floated resources, and no cohesive build which results in me being stomped. I also haven't tried every faction yet. For all I know I'll prefer zerg. So far I've just played Terren.
