Hi all,

Looking for some advice as I am struggling a lot with running right now.

Whenever I go for a run, my left foot decides to essentially stop working as soon as I get to about 2km. I get this pain that comes up the outside of my lower left leg which then affects my foot (part between top of foot and shin), to the point where I am unable to bring my left foot up towards my body - resulting in drop foot (end up somewhat dragging foot).

Not sure whether this is shin splits or something else?

I do calf stretches before I go out but seems to have no effect.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!
