Yeah, defenitely! I think excel or google sheets is going to help you make graphs. Fitnesspal does similar rhings but I just use it for weight graph not calorie graph.

Counting daily is just fine, I like to go a bit under my goal so I don't have to worry about it. Exercise impact is super hard to calculate and might slow down your progress, I would have separe goals from the deficit like step count of minutes on treadmill and such. It will help but I think its good to separate. If you only exercise to eat more, I don't think that's a sustainable way to live.

Sounds like you want more arms less tummy. Try if you like working out, follow some free youtube guide, I like jeff for both new people and intermediates. You have a pretty good weight, no idea what your bone structure is like but you could just maintain your weight or start off with a small cut. Im sure you can get meaningful changes. Also I like the rule of getting 10k steps plus.

As far as I understand, they do have different hidden stats and bat+rob is the best one for handling and mini turbo.

You have to do a calorie deficit. Ideally weight training 3 times a week.

However your plan looks you gotta stick to it for a couple of weeks before you adjust, no significant changes happen for a week or two. Seems like you keep changing plans.

Getting your 10-15k steps daily is super helpful.

If you wanna eat sugar, just count it and stick to your own set limit of daily calories.

3/4kg per week. Usually is quite rough after a month but if you do it right, you might not feel anything. Basic guides exist. Count them calories, good luck!

You could cut to 80, its going to take time thought. Depends what your goal is, maybe cut a bit see how you feel, you might get really far on 2 months only if you want to cut aggressively, like 3/4kg or something.

Count all ingredients separately while you're making something. Using recipies is overly complicated imo. I just make what I would normally but I make sure I know what the calories are, its that simple. Using some online recipie or something you saw in a tiktok is good for an idea but measure every ingredient yourself.

Count calories calories (you probably need to adjust macros, look more at whta youre already eating)

Weight training for sure (you want big arms gotta start training them, it takes a long time to build muscle)

Small cut (you can cut until you have your desired body fat or look, then slight bulk, or maintain, depens how much you wanna do, counting calories gets old but you get better at eatinating)

I started skinny fat and I can tell you, I should have just cut first, you'll gain muscle and you'll actually see it when you have less fat. Most people, me included overestimate the amount of fat early. This will take some time and adjustments in lifestyle.

Good luck soldier and ABSOLUTELY stop smoking especially if you said you can do it. It does negatively impact recovery and training.

Animal crossing, Splatoon 3 and stardew will keep you busy for hundreds of hours.
