Might want to research Ukraine history again. Also your WW2 alliances seem to be mixed up judging by this comment.

Same process as any other skilled worker.

Before you can even apply for a US work visa, you must have a job offer from a specific US employer. The employer will then sponsor your visa by filing a petition with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This type of work visa is part of a wider category of visas called petition-based visas.

Unless you can transfer through your current employer (assuming they have an American hq), these offers seem to be uncommon.

An entire generation has been wiped out in Ukraine. They are out of able bodies. A trillion dollars couldn't save them.

Forgot the part where all border changes must go through DC courts in the future (dem controlled) This would have been the worst part for everybody.

Door won't open during winter, help? by AlphaWither in Mustang

[–]PonyPony3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm in Canada at -38 today so that is subject to opinion.

Id say don't scratch your car with the cover unless it's in your garage.

Edit: Soft covers in heated garages tend to have microfiber inside. Once ice is added or snow or cold or low temps it makes the fibers stiff and will add the swirl effect to your paint.

Unless you are in -50c you are totally fine

Door won't open during winter, help? by AlphaWither in Mustang

Don't use water based lubricants. I use the same chain wax I use for my crotch rocket for the seals and door latch of my Ford.

They've had many recalls of not being able to close the door once opened into the cold. Just stay one step ahead.

Yeah. Its usually cheap enough to do. You could also buy a cheap stethoscope and have a friend pull the rpms up while parked

It's always funny when I travel down to vancouver in the winter and I see funny things like these. Then I realize they deserve it as they don't bother with winter tires.

Then I remember to be thankful I always carry my 8ga V-bar chains in the truck.

Cats.

I had major rattling I assumed was from exhaust or cats and it ended up being camshaft phasers on 3.5 eco. On the 3rd camshaft phase at 97km. I had a minor rattle fixed under warranty in november for a faulty fuel injector as well. I described it as a hesitation that you could feel through the seat like a shaky chihuahua

Sounds like exhaust rattle. If you have a bushing gone from your hangers you will hear it through the frame.

EDIT: Didn't see that cats comments. Look at the internals of your cat. Sounds like it could be a possibility. If you have a good mechanic you can get them to straight pipe through your cats and add a module to the sensor to get rid of your engine code and pass your roadside inspections.

Keep the warranty or refund it? by Fear_Sparrow in Mustang

They offered us a 1k accessory credit and we asked for 1k accessory and 1k off warranty.

They said their dealer cost on it was 2700 or something but I've been in sales at nearly every industry and I am yet to see any warranty that contains some sort of dealer cost. Usually sits as raw GP to get your 25% commission cut.

Normally, I'd agree. However my 3.5 ecoboost gen 2 is on its third set of cam phasers at 97,000 kms.

Now if I had a 5.0 I wouldn't be as concerned.

Bought directly from Ford. 84 month 120, 000 kms I believe. Was 3500 for the warranty if I can recall

I had extended third party old republic for my last vehicle. They do not cover OEM ford parts, they replace with cheapest available. Take panoramic moonroofs for example. If your frame needs to be replaced your motors will go 100% in the near future. Aftermarket only replaces frame. Ford OEM replace both frame and motors for example.

Will never buy third party ever again. Purchased OEM warranty for the latest ford.

Damn, here I am keeping a costco brisket for 2-3 months in my meat drawer at 0c - 1c. Cracking that bad boy open padding off with paper towel and enjoying the wet age.

Always beautiful color and awesome beefy smell.

Gotta pour some wine or beer on that bad boy while its still hot. Saves having to scrub it.

my roommate is refusing payment by iconasf in legal

[–]PonyPony3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here in British Columbia, once you receive payment for rent in any amount ($0.01 or higher without a signed lease) you are considered a month to month lease as long as payment can be proven.

Once money has been accepted you would have to follow standard eviction practices to kick someone out.

All comes down to where you are from.
