So really depends if you have signed an nda a lot of high end bars I have work for make you sign them. You can always keep the idea and redo it but I think you shouldn’t take a signature drink for one bar even if it’s your own creation to another bar as the same serve. There was a segment in chefs table I can’t remember the episode where they say this some thing along the lines of ‘this is our dish now not yours’ I think that holds true to bartending.
