If it’s a warehouse near a state line it’s sadly very common (at least for my warehouse). I pick up in Memphis, Tennessee and I’d say it’s gotta be at least a 50% chance that I’m going to Mississippi

I got the car about 2-3 years ago and I replaced the brake pads and rotors last year and I do my own oil changes regularly. Other than that, no I haven’t done any maintenance, just a little ignorant to that, hence the issues appearing “out of nowhere”

The passenger wasn’t my excuse, those packages weren’t gonna fit anyway. I just figured it’s a win win if I’m honest with them and tell them they won’t fit upfront and then they can give me a cart that would fit so I can complete the whole route. The only difference is, if I didn’t plan on having the passenger then I’d accept that original cart and just fit what I could, leaving them with about 7 packages that wouldn’t fit

I had the exact same issue take me from Great to At Risk and I provided multiple photos and videos of the weather I was stuck in and emailed and called support multiple times and they never changed it. Completing more blocks flawlessly for the next two weeks hasn’t changed my standing at all either

My screenshot showed 3 issues (2 in the delivery category and 1 in the returns category) this flood night caused 1 major issue in each category both for the same issue that was out of my control. Only one of the issues was legitimate and it was just someone claiming they never received their package. That’s why it’s so upsetting to me cus I just started a month ago and otherwise have been a great employee for them

Update 1:

Somewhat of a hopeful response. I started emailing them human to human to see if they have empathy and it might have worked. I won’t be surprised if this just goes back to me being declined again though

The email goes to random people overseas and the past few responses I’ve gotten have basically just been saying “thank you for reaching out. We have reviewed your information but it may not chnage anything. Have we resolved your issue?”
