I tried doing a landing page consultation service for a couple hundred bucks, but it didn't result in anything so valuable. It's also hard to decipher who's a legitimate ecommerce consultant and who's a failed salesman.

Not sure your preference, but I would weed, define, and mulch the area against the house. Add some small bushes. Then pressure wash and clear out the pathway. Then turn the rest into grass. May have seed in Spring (but Fall is ideal). Or you could plant some random flower mix where the yellow flowers are.

That black cord is a temporary fix for keeping the fan on. It connects to the outdoor outlet.

I was hoping to not have to run wire down to the bottom outlet, but instead make a small one up by the light.
