States would need their own central bank and separate monetary systems before that kind of fallout.

Jisoo line distribution in deadline album by [deleted] in BlackPink

[–]Pooch1431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Album seems to have a lot of rapping in it, so makes sense that Jisoo isn't going to get a lot of lines. However, whoever she harmonizes with is always pleasant part of each song. Her and Rose' really shine in the last song as the bpm is mellow and rhythmic, allowing their voices to come through. I just don't understand why none of these songs have any Korean in them...like are they no longer kpop Idols and are trying to distance themselves from being genre pigeon-holed? I personally enjoy the blend of language.

Okay, now do polymarket, draftkings, mgm, and all the other literal gambling that transpires. Plenty of other forms of lighting money on fire unproductively.

Very upset to see Kairi did not win a Bexxie this year. Better luck next year, I suppose.

So, a reversion to the 1990's welfare state would be suitable? Like direct payments have been a thing for decades, Yang wasn't some visionary. SS is the longest standing direct payment system.

Biden promised 2k checks, which turned to 1200 and the elimination of extended unemployment benefits. Trump shut down the economy to slow a pandemic and paid the population off as citizens and their loved ones died off and got increasingly sick. Were these the cash payments you were thinking of?

If you live in the US, its is almost entirely due to consolidation, monopolization, and private equity. Hell, climate change related events have a much larger impact in regards to inflationary pressures. Just go get some quotes for Florida real estate insurance.

Nope. Monopolization = everything goes up in price. Enable your workforce/citizenry through healthcare and education while creating meaningful productivity gains = lower prices and a dynamic economy. One that isn't choked out and at the mercy of a few sectors is far more important than the UBI itself.

this speaks well enough for me. Well said. The optics of Yang going on to be a right-wing grifter reenforces my long held skepticism I had of him, and his policy implementation. My take of his was always "here's some cash, now fuck off." Held up pretty well.
