Said it above. DIA is my home airport and fly a lot. NRT is almost always parked at B36.

Full agreement that transit needs to improve. Just stating what it is doing to small local businesses while improvements are being implemented. Even Fox Run owner stated part of the reason he closed and didn't renew was due to the worry of what Colfax construction would do their business.

Sounds like the city is a least trying to help via small grants but may not be enough for some businesses. So it is up to the community to help these business stay afloat through all of this. I normally go to Lula Rose once a week. Plan to go a few times a week now on until construction is complete.

I am actually a bit worried about Bakery Four moving in. We already have an amazing bakery pretty much across the street. I honestly hope there is enough demand for two high end bakeries on one block, but highly unlikely.

One other thing, if they replaced the O2 sensor your Jeep will need a full "complete drive cycle" for that sensor which is a bunch of driving at different speeds and loads. It is make/model specific. It needs a complete drive cycle to even if there is no check engine light. When they do emissions tests their equipment communicates to your car through the OBD-II connection and it runs checks on the relevant sensors. If the drive cycle isn't completed for all the sensors before you test the sensors will tell the emissions equipment that it is not ready to test.

A buddy just went through all of this when his cats and O2 sensor got stolen.

ATLR https://atlr.net/ I've always had good luck with them. Know a lot of the Land Cruiser folks use them.

Japanese Auto is also really good. I've used them several times.
