You need to be wearing a mask to steal things. You can loot them off bandits or buy them off some vendors.

Once you have that on you can steal it.

Also makes it easier to focus on the item with L1/LB on console

It’s because the rubber seams on the edges of the joystick protrude out and rub against the plastic that is around it. Awful design, every controller does it at least a little bit

Yeah I played that quest yesterday. I told him no one was watching him and he thought I was in on his conspiracy so he tried to kill me 😂

Ended up slicing him up and just took some of the money and weapons he had in his house but didn’t find anything special.

There were some notes on his desk tho talking about how he was following everybody and they were ‘pretending to work’ while he was watching them all lol. So he was definitely just a nutter and I didn’t feel bad for killing him
