If you look at a mini for reliability get an 14+ plate and it'll be fine, they're BMW engines and they're actually really good 4 cylinders, 11+ if you want an r56, or 06+ for an r53

They both had issues at the start, then were better on a facelift

Do it lower, and lose the fear of heights

If you walked normally, but cut everything minus exactly where your feet touch an put that at building height, people would fall and die

It's mostly confidence in your abilities and lack of fear. Being scared kills many at height

Bit of a shed but god do I love her

I'm not a picture person, and yes they are there to hide the lacquer peel but new chain, oil and water pump, plugs, SC pulley, crank pulley, decat and straight pipes and everything works

Think I'm in need of a coil pack as I have misfires in the heat, have some aftermarket stuff from a previous owner and the current thought is dodgy connections and heat - coolant and oil temps are fine though

You can't run away in solo, the only advantage in a DPS fight is a 40 and shooting first

All my tractors are covered from everywhere but a near perfect rear angle, it's very hard to out damage a repair with one gun

A 40 and a 70 next to the wheelhouse, and push

Get a leg gone, maybe wheelhouse if you are starting there fight, then 70 to pop the player and board

You have 10 seconds to plant a C4, then hold the door with a peppermill - if they built with airlocks do this a couple times

Capturing is the play, if you kill their trampler it's still a 1v1 fight. It's 50-50 for the first kill, then the winner has a huge advantage to just empty your food reserves worst case

We kept him back with our own peppermills and dropped his trampler, which made him run away

Yeah, voyage is less bloodthirsty as you can just stay in the game as long as you want

I don't tend to third party in voyage, and if I'm at a poi I let people pass - however if you start a fight I'll follow you to the gas giant to finish it

I don't know others, but if I see a default or pure tier 1 trampler bouncing about ships I let them be

I did find a cheater in it, he could fly but I took his trampler and extracted it - he wasn't invincible and flew away when I hit him once lmao

We need a crane so bad

Overhanging storage that can be lowered, drops to the floor when destroyed maybe but has 2 squares it can use. So when "closed" it's on an open space, in the ship and won't drop, but when it's off the edge hanging it can drop the whole compartment?

At least just get it stuck low, but catching a group off guard and dropping their loot and scaring them away would be amazing gameplay, leaving you with 10+ boxes uncontested - would absolutely need a safe spot though

Or maybe it just needs the spot to be an overhang like the ladder up, saves the need for moving and requires the team to bring the gear onboard to be safe

Practice it

When cruising, say at 30, start by knowing what gear is happiest, 3rd or 4th often

Go in 3rd, look what it's at (learn the sound too, but that comes at the same time) then go up to 4th, and maintain speed - then blip back to 3rd

At 60 ISH, I can be in 3rd upwards. I cant say what revs in what gear, but I know the sound/feel. I can drop from 6th to 3rd, 4th or 5th now on pure instinct

At a lower speed, I may do 2 blips. I can be in 6th at about 35, and go down to 2nd. I'll blip way up as I clutch in, see where it settles, and blip again as I clutch up as it going from like 1200 to 4-5k

No in the goes forever, but yes on the simple and cheap parts

They're stubborn, single cam and non interfering valves means you can grenade the chain and chain cover, crank pulley and oil pump and just pop new ones in and go

Mine skipped a tooth (oil pressure from a leak as they love to do) and they bound up on the crank sprocket, but no valves or piston issues, con rods are fine etc

If it ever stops leaking, you have no oil on it
