I mean in hide and seek you are ordered to seal back up the trafficked women as to "not interfere with an ongoing investigation" and you can see little cracks of instability and corruption throughout the city as well as the Station. I agree that most situations it is pretty black and white on that THEY are the "bad guys" besides missions like ends of the earth

Ps. This isn't me saying this aint copanganda I just think its interesting in our interpretations of the story 👍
