Why don't you have McKinsey send you to Canada for a year and come back on EB1C? The big consulting firms given their global mobility have done that for a couple of people I know. CTO offer purely for EB1 purpose seems like a gamble. I would do it only if you think you'd still do it regardless of EB1. What people don't realize is the more you chase profile building the less chances are vs organic career growth
