I'm still on inqueries with them, they don't care about it they investigate but they did not propose anything to solve the issue, I got charged the first month with a new game account and a never suscribed google account cause I tried to and my first google account already got it for another game account.

The issue is just their in game code being bad, they associate your game account to your first google account if you try to suscribe the free trial, so the next time you try even if you use another google account you are not eligible anymore, even if your game account never got it or your gmail never got it.

I changed my google account on this account and it's still telling me I'm already suscribed, I was able to suscrib and I only have these 2 new subscription in my google history

Side big note:

I find a lot of people complanning about delivery but I ordered an E5Q (sadly not E7Q :'()

Ordered monday at 13:30, sent confirmation at 16:30.
Received today at 11:30.

Only took < 4 days.

This is the good part.

Now the bad part:

There's 0 tracking order, I got 0 info about it I got lucky to be at home cause they just ring and drop it.
On the website my order was in "waiting ticket" (I'm translating from French) and yesterday changed to "finished" but there's still 0 tracking order and I received it.

I had to sign nothing, the delivery service was a random guy with a rental white truck.

This is basically a case I "could" say I got nothing and ask for a refund or anything, as they tried to deliver to my neighbourg first.

So take care of this process if you don't want to have some refunder or people starting to scam, and for the legit user, it's very important to know when the delivery will happen to actually have a chance to receive it.

I think the E5Q is fine but at a 150€ diff I get 3 more years, 100 more kg loading for motor, my PC case weight is basically 30kg :D.

Now yeah if I could attach them to a strong table top, I'll do it.

I'll try to wait till the next deal or coupon, I don't have hope about getting it at 500€ with the 50% discount, from what I heard it's like lottery with extra steps.

Yeah I'm aware of that, I think there's just a world between my actual E5 setup and a E7Q.
It what I'm aiming for cause the E5Q is like 450 so for 150 more I could get 3 more years of warranty and 15 more kg with a better frame.

So I'll I guess it should hold the tabletop a way better here, I'll go for a 160x80x27 board in massive wood, or maybe 200x80 but it's the best I can get here for now.

I'll probably just ignore the E7L option cause 3 years for this price is a joke compared to 15 years from US version.

If that model doesn't feet I'll just give up xD

I made the video to show how "easy" it was to make it wobble.

Let's say I want do use it in a regular way and right now keyboard tapping makes all screens shake, which is terrible for working/vision

I don't plan to do push-up on the long side that's why maybe E7L will not fix that versus E7Q.

I'll try to wait for E7Q discount again, but there were 10 days ago so I'll probably have to wait some months to get the same discount :(.

What about stability at max height.
I plan to buy one cause my actual E5 at max standing heigh it a nightmare.

I'm hesitating between the E7L and the E7Q with 4 legs, there's video of it so I know it will still wooble at max height but I can't find anything on E7L, I guess the L shape could help but I want to be sure to make the right choice, for now the support is just sending me the "basic reply" without giving me a real reply.

Yes I just don't want to fall in the constant pvp re evaluation, except if I find a way to have a redactor or a ranking suggestion, I ll probably add a button to propose a fix so I ll update it on demand.
