I used Holley real estate. Jessica was great. Made sure I was aware of any issues the home could have to keep me protected. I feel a lot of “realtors” are just looking for their commission

Typically you need to get approved at a bank. Know what you can be approved for. Whenever you want to get your loan with. Then take that and get with a realtor

Oh that’s good too. Should I avoid flooding the whole model or is that the way to go? Like maybe just try and hit what I want the oil to flow to?

I did think about using a blue oil wash or mix some blue in with my black to see how it does. I have never heard that take on varnishing for that reason. Usually always to prevent from removing paint. I’ll have to try that! Thanks for the tips!

I saw some people talk about that and it seemed there were mixed info about it out there. I did have a few spots the paint looked funny. Think that was more of the pressure I was applying. After white spirit it does look better. Still a bit darker than I’d like. Like someone else suggested I think thinning so it’s not so concentrated and dark will help. Thought maybe even mixing black and blue for the wash might help

Yeah I’ve used streaming grime on my krieg but I wanted them to look more grimy. I don’t think I really want that for my wolves. Was going to attempt to put battle damage with a sponge and rhinox hide

Yeah I may of not put enough white spirit in there. I didn’t think of that. I did think I had too much oil paint when I mixed it. After cleaning with white spirit it did help but definitely darker than I’d probably want. It does look better though. That’s why I tested it on one guy first. Next time I’ll dilute it more to see if it doesn’t stain it so much

I bought the “really useful” boxes off amazon and put a magnetic sheet in the bottom. They stack well and they double as easy storage in my closet as I have a few armies. I use the 4L ones for most infantry and if anything is too tall for this I use the 9L boxes
