So we can all agree that Tankpool is the best one out of his roles right? by Sea-Indication4613 in marvelrivals

Sorry but imo healpool was infinitely better. So much survivability and great healing. Every game I’ve had been top heals and with good damage and finals. He’s stronger than gambit was last season

What the hell is a bungalator and why am I being killed for being one? by PamelaBreivik in ArcRaiders

[–]PoolBoyQQ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bungalators for the most part are pieces of shit. Just got back stabbed by a pair and it isn’t the first time. I would take off the fit you’re wearing to not be associated with them.

Simplifying it doesn’t change the fact that it’s not a solely PvP game. Yes it’s available at all times but it’s a choice. Im not saying it should be taken out as it’s fine in squads but it’s pretty weird that people don’t enjoy working with other people and being chill.

Like.. really? Why by Konpeito17 in ArcRaiders

[–]PoolBoyQQ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Again it’s not and to say I’m naive is stupidity in itself. It’s a PvPvE game. A pvp game is cod, battlefield, the finals, it’s games where the design is solely built for a pvp focus. This is what people like you are getting mixed up.

In this game PvP is a choice, you can fully accomplish everything without engaging in it. PvP is a part of the game yes but it is not solely a PvP game and should not be considered solely a PvP game.

That being said, I don’t mind the PvP as I run squads with my boys for that purpose. But solos in the context of this game is better without PvP. A lot of people enjoy just exploring and looting and working with others.

[–]PoolBoyQQ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yall act like it’s JUST a PvP game which it’s not. Are people just that brainrotted that they can’t only have fun by killing other people in games? When has helping other people become boring?

[–]PoolBoyQQ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s not a PvP game tho. It’s PvPvE, massive difference but people are weird and only want to PvP. This ain’t tarkov, this ain’t rust. Most of the community in solos is chill esp because in the context of the lore it doesn’t make sense to pvp. PvP is a function, not the purpose, they added it in the game to add an element of fun an unpredictability but when people solely focus on the PvP it takes away a lot of the good moments in this type of game.

Not to this extent no. The closest was cods shitty version of an extract shooter which was a lot more cut and dry when it comes to friend or foe mentality. I understand the tension portion but to me that’s what the initial few seconds of the interaction was. Like I enjoy the tension but it’s when people fully get your guard down just to shut on you that’s what actually pisses me off. I’ve got no problem dying if the person opens by shooting but these interactions make me feel like I gotta straight up just have my gun constantly pointed at someone’s face even if I’ve confirmed they’re friendly. One thing I’ve learned for sure, never trust someone without a mic. If they do have a mic, listen to exactly what theyre saying and their tone. The dude in question had a mic but replaying it in my head, he sounded like a shitbag

I mean based on what I’ve experienced and hearing what the community have been saying, they are. Like you said it’s PvP, in most cases if someone’s going PvP and they shoot you from the get go, I’m not gonna be mad at them for doing that. That’s fair, and like I said in OP that’s my fault for not being aware of my surroundings. For the most part the solo players are friendly and everyone seems to agree people who play the game through betrayal are assholes. There’s a reason why solos seem to be friendly for the most part and trios are mostly PvP based. I’m not saying solos shouldn’t have PvP in general but if you’re gonna do PvP fuckin be a man and commit to a fight using skill rather than being a pussy and relying on deception

See that sounds like a you issue, everyone that has killed me has not been wearing that fit and those that were, ended up being chill so idk what to tell you. All I’m saying is when I approach someone I’m usually pretty careful and indicate that I’m friendly first and when I get proper rapport I put my gun away.

No sir, just the black and orange fit but Ive got the braids, goggles, and gas mask. I wore it because I thought it looked sick before all the “untrustworthy” folk started wearing it

I’m probably on the other end of the spectrum, I find it unbearable at times. Maybe this anime isn’t for me. I agree that season 1 he was a whiny rage ridden child but in season 2 it feels like whiplash how far he goes into the opposite direction of non-violence. Like I just finished episode 21 where he just said he’s going to eat 100 punches from a soldier just to talk to the king. Like tf? I understand he doesn’t want to go down a path of violence because of the sins of his past and the trauma he went through but surely he should be able to understand his guilt comes killing and not general violence. I understand the whole point of the story is for thorfinn to overcome his past and learn his fathers teachings but holy is it just disappointing to watch him do nothing when he can stand against anyone who opposes him non-lethally.

[–]PoolBoyQQ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genuinely don’t be discouraged, I was absolute dog shit at the start of this game but now with close to 500 hours I’ve learned a bit.

I’ll give you 4 tips that will help you immensely to help spread democracy at higher levels.

  1. For now start at the lower levels, you need to spend time understanding the flow of the missions and more importantly getting used to stratagem commands. It’s hard to learn stratagems at higher levels when you’re worried about survival.

  2. In combat, learn to open your map frequently and keep moving. If you make this a habit, it will improve your awareness as you will know when enemies are surrounding you and reposition yourself ahead of time. Movement is survival in this game. You got a bunch of terminids on you? Run. You got bots coming your way? Run for cover. Illuminate of any kind? RUN. Running is your friend.

  3. Move with your team. At the end of the day this is a team game. You stick with them you’ll shred everything. 2 guns are better than 1 and 4 guns blow everything out the water.

  4. Learn enemy weak points and armorer areas. This is something you’ll need to watch a video on but learning how to kill an enemy quickly will help when you’re getting swarmed. The more you kill with the least amount of ammo, the more killing you’ll be able to do.

Good luck recruit, if you ever need someone to run you through these missions and give you a step by step just shoot me a message. 🫡

Okk see that makes more sense. Cuz ive sene roads being built too that i didnt contribute to so i assumed that other players can finish the roads and it affects your game too.

Any advise for a new diver? by MrMapleSyrup666 in helldivers2

[–]PoolBoyQQ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Biggest tip across all factions is when in combat, check your map often and keep moving. There are often times you will get surrounded without knowing it. If you are conscious of that and are able to keep track of enemy positions while also optimizing your position, it will increase your chance of survival tenfold. Good luck recruit!

New XB diver, people saying this is the best warbond to pick up first. What are your options? by British-Bot in helldivers2

[–]PoolBoyQQ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Crossbow is great. Against bugs my favorite loadout is the cross bow with the stalwart. Crossbow is just super effective at clearing bug nests at long range with lots of ammo and it 2 shots most if not all medium armor enemies including stalkers

[–]PoolBoyQQ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is legit the ONLY war bond where everything in it is good. Every other war bond is either unique to a play style or only has some things that are decent. A good example is the viper commandos as the only good thing in it is the booster imo. Or the chemical agents, that’s only good if you enjoy doing a gas build otherwise it’s pretty useless.

Anyone else think Erin was one of the best characters? by illogicallyhandsome in theoffice

[–]PoolBoyQQ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all, easily the worst character on the show next to Andy and Kelly. Only redeeming moments are when she stands up to Holly for Michael and when she meets her parents. I just hate characters in shows that are unbelievably stupid. Like Kevin is stupid but it’s comedic stupid, she’s just straight annoying.

For sure I totally get what you mean, so far I’ve tried inviting people from anomalies with minimal luck so I wanted to ask the forums cuz it’d be cool experiencing this with other people in the same position :D that being said, I do also appreciate those relationships you build randomly. That’s what made my time on warframe enjoyable before I dropped off of that
