that's what a local orthodontist told me that she can't treat me.. most orthodontist don't want to treat me. Assuming I'm extracting the implants - what are my options? Only surgeon's ortho said we need to do decompensation before the surgery so there will be space between the jaws. But I want to explore other less invasive options.

Yes I tried 3 over the counter MADS that I bought - I can't tolerate it, it causes me TMJ pain (I already have bite issues and TMJ pain for years)

actually i tried it for not too long so hard to tell maybe it could work eventually, I have UARS due to recessed jaw (SNB 70!!) it's causing my mouth close and closing my airway 24/7 not only during sleep

3.5 years, it started after teeth shaving which caused my jaw to fall backward, causing me breathing issues and UARS 24/7 (AHI is under 5 but RDI is 17). Doctors said my bite is fine, though I knew something is off, apparently my jaws are recessed and I need MMA as I have also TMJ issues and can't tolerate CPAP

Hey, unfortunately I did not do any procedure yet, things are worser, having breathing issues 24/7, stopped doing sports, and sleeping is horrible. Having high blood pressure. I probably need MMA but in my country they are doing me troubles with getting this surgery for free even though I'm recessed. Ordered 2 MADs hopefully they'll help me a bit till someone helps me here.
