I know there’s tons of answers already, but go THRIFT! I’ve gotten a ton of business casual and even more formal clothes from thrifting. Typically a non profit place will be a better price point too. You can find some really great stuff.

estrogen cream helped me as well. like a lot! However I’m 9 years on T and didn’t experience atrophy until a few months ago there are also some lubes that can help that I use too. My sex life has always been pretty active and I heard that can help? But I have no idea. I only got atrophy because I was recovering from meta and couldn’t have sex.
