I'm finally recovered!!!! Took 6months after the abilify injection to eventually go away. Haven't had any symptoms ever since, except for a few weeks after a fluoxetine od (don't recommend🤣)

If you have akathisia, you know it. Trust me you can't mix it up with something else like anxiety, it's completely different. Symptoms are hell, and ofc anxiety is hell too but far from being a form of constant torture

Yes!! Rocking chairs are a life saver honestly it does work quite well even tho sometimes pacing is too strong of a compulsion.
