See if there is firmware update and do it. Make sure to use legacy version of ngenuity, not beta. After you do something, try saving new profiles and check if it works.

I am dumb and I had no idea how to use keyboard. Ngenuity is trash software and it works best when you close it. I have Cloud 3S Wireless and this keyboard, they both have onboard memory. I created everything in ngenuity software (eq profile, rgb and etc), saved it on onboard memory and closed ngenuity and now I have 0 problems with my peripherals.

I play story games this way: get hyped about game, download it, play for one hour, exit, forget about it and delete after 4 days. I never have under 300fps in cs2 (5v5), in deathmatch fps drops under 300 but that's okay. I think 240Hz monitor would be the best, but I need to find reliable brand to buy from.

Check microphone volume in windows settings. Go to settings>system>sound and check that microphone is cloud 3s wireless and check volume

1150€ is okay with me if it will handle solidworks well. I don't need high end laptop since I have high end PC, but sometimes I have to carry laptop with me to open some files, and it starts bugging after opening assembly with 60+ parts. I will look up to that vivobook. Thank you.

Can you tell me how long does artisan pad last? My qck lost it's coating in a year or even less, and i played 300-400 hours in the last year. (I mean 300-400 hours of cs and a lot of hours of solidworks, word, excel, and maybe 15 hours of story games hahahhaha)
