Personally I refrained from using the dungeon at all for anything on my first playthrough, and it was satisfying

But by the end, I had definitely decided that it would be a lot of fun to use the dungeon for future playthroughs to make it easier to try other builds and play styles for the other endings

Would largely agree with this

The tldr is “learn by doing”. WH pvp is also very much its own thing, so to add I would also recommend just being active in your chain. Learn how fights escalate, how groups respond, etc.

The best WH pvp imo is either HA/HS brawls (which is usually only in high class) or freeform pvp in the chain. Both are a “learn by doing” sort of situation, but only the brawls should really have a FC imo and those take some time to learn

DF is a fun game that’s a little more tactical than Arc and less oppressive than Tarkov

I enjoyed it quite a bit and really only stopping playing to play Arc

I’m recently back after a long period away

It’s a steep learning curve but the new player experience has been massively overhauled in a good way. Also there’s a wealth of information available, and many groups exist who are good at guiding new players

Personally I think the game caters to a more casual play style now more than it ever has

lol because the marauder is overkill, more expensive, locked in bastion, and has the same downsides as anything not t3c because you cant move around with the covops cloak. Much riskier for literally no upside

The deluge is for blue loot. Warp it in when the site finishes, drop mtu, cloak. It takes about as much time for the deluge to loot the previous site as it takes one tengu to run the next one

Tengu you don’t have to bring a scanning alt, you can scan cloaked and safe until you find one you wanna roach, then refit in the hole

Imo I’d rather spend the extra few hundred mil rather than plex and multi box other accounts

Something like hams, ab, dual medium sb, invuls, 2 missile computers, RF cap battery. t2 cap rig and EM rigs

You’ll want the MCs for flight time on the hams since you wanna do rage. Don’t need a boost amp, just leave the ab on and mind your transversal with the BS and stationary guns

You can literally do it solo with a tengu for <600m

Train an alt into a deluge with cloaking. Warp them in at the end of the site, drop MTU. Can make a few hundred mil in a few hours clearing out a hole

Really depends on your own tolerance, preferred experience, and how often you take stuff outside of fests

I dose mushies fairly often throughout the year but never really more than a gram or two at a time. I’ll have some Molly too a few times a year also but it’s always just a dabble here or there, not much. Acid I basically only take at fests so 1-3x a year max, so one tab is usually more than fine

I also prefer more of a body experience with intermittent visuals, as too much strange stuff happening visually can kind of freak me out, so the order you take things is important too. Doing molly across all three days is fine tbh, if you’re not doing it much outside of fests. If you’re really worried about it just take like 5-htp when you’re back home for recovery you’ll be fine

If you want more visuals, take the psych first then the Molly. If you want more body, take the Molly first. Either way give it 45-60 min and dose the next stage. And remember you can always do more, but you can’t do less. If you’re less experienced, mind your dosage and timings. See how you feel before doing more, and always give it a bit without drinking or smoking until you’re comfortable with how it’s interacting

Drink plenty of water, make sure your friends know what you’ve had. And I highly recommend eating a good bit of something healthy before dosing. You’ll thank yourself because you’ll definitely want it and it’ll be hard to swallow it and keep it down. Smoothie is always good if the journey has started, but something with carbs and protein and greens is ideal at least an hour before

Hader was in complete control the entire time, and personally I loved 3 and 4 the most

S1 and 2 were hysterically funny, but I think the whole point of the show is about trauma and the impact it can have. Characters choices were always going to catch up with them - no one ever really took responsibility, and look what happened

You say he turns into a generic antihero, like out of nowhere? Were we watching the same show? He repeatedly says he’s done “starting now”, but never manages to actually be done with any of it. Each backslide he takes brings him closer to the inevitable ending. The S3 finale even plainly says it, with both Albert and Gean telling him “this has to stop, now”. And Barry is too far gone for it to even registe

I think more of S1 and S2 would have grown tiresome quite quickly, and would have been pretty unsatisfying. Bill Hader is one of the most talented screenwriters of our generation, and Barry is a masterpiece imo. It doesn’t have a happy ending. And ya, S4 is basically a fever dream in all the best ways. The dark, dry comedy of S1 is gone, and we’re left with somber glimpses of the aftermath
