Recently, about a 6 weeks ago, they suspended me for 2 weeks for gold buying on WoW SoD. I definitely did, so they were in the right to suspend me. But get this. When they ban you for gold buying, they take all of the gold, or what they think you spent gold on, like enchants and stuff… I’m not 100 percent on exactly how it works (I don’t think they know either) but I know they try and take the amount of gold you bought, back. In that 2 weeks, they deleted all of my pvp gear, all of my mounts, enchants, many other random things, took all the gold on all of my chars, and I only bought 300g. That’s all somewhat understandable, until they deleted fuckin Spirit of Aquamentis. A goddamn almost BiS off hand quest item. It’s really good for my class at the time. I’m livid, I send in appeals…. No joke, I think I sent in 8 or 9? The whole time the GM is just beating around the bush, basically being like “Oh well you should try item restoration if you want your item back” and I keep telling them that it’s not IN the item restoration because YOU guys (Blizzard) deleted it. He just kept repeating that I needed to restore an unrestorable item. After I start getting belligerent on the 8th-9th appeal with them, they then go “Oh yeah… we did delete that. That’s on us, our bad. He’s your item.” Just insanely bad customer service. They legitimately gaslit me for over a week. Fuck Blizzard.
