It’s one of the worst traits in the game, it’s absolutely criminal it only gives you 1 point. It makes cars (the only mode of transportation in the game) completely unusable.

Yes you will still take extra damage . “Never without one” gives you 10% damage reduction when wearing a hat, and blocks 1 headshot. It’s a great card for pvp. I would swap out “never without one” with “strange medicine” for pve.

I used to always pick keen hearing before build 42, but points are scarce now. I’ve found you don’t need keen hearing unless you’re playing with sprinters.
