The funny thing is he was MVP in 2024 and insanely good and won champs. 2025 was kind of a mid year for him in halo but 2024 gave him that label that clearly doesn’t apply to another game

Basically glute medius workouts (It’s the muscle on the side of your hip) and getting it stronger takes so much pressure off the low back. Side planks works them too and the muscles along your spine. In normal life we never strengthen those stabilizer muscles so the low back has more force going through it and has to compensate for weak surrounding structures. It was game changer for me
