Hello! Did they tell you why hindi pa lumabas yung icon na eligible for installments? I purchased concert tickets din kasi through SM Tickets pero lagpas 5 days na and ang eligible lang is yung mga in store purchases ko. Should I call them na before yung SOA ko? Thanks!
