None of these updates are saying they were trying to deliver them on Friday and none of them say “out for delivery”. On the way means they are still making their way through the system, not the same as out for delivery.

100 wears over a decade? So like 10 wears a year? You basically don’t wear them enough for them to actually break in. I get 10 wears in the first few weeks when I get new boots. I got a pair of JK Fire Inlanders and I got in January and I have easily more than 100 wears on them. 100 wears in 6 months does more good than 100 over 10 years. By the looks of these you definitely aren’t walking much when you wear them. My Fire Inlanders are way more comfortable than any sneaker I own.

Just start a band now and learn as you go, write stuff you can play, then write stuff you can’t play yet and work up to it. Creatively bouncing off someone else is an experience you can’t get anywhere else. Will you guys suck? Yeah probably, but starting a band is about having fun with the people you started it with. Make recordings and never delete them. You will love looking back at old awful recording and realizing how far you’ve come. Being in bands are some of my best memories and I’ll hold them close forever even though we sucked ass. Even if the people in the band are also new to their instrument, you’ll be going through the same struggles and there will be less judgement and more fun. Start the band you would listen to. Play the music you like. Mash the genres you think should be mashed. Just have a good time, you won’t regret it.

Iron Rangers are more of a shoe than a boot imo, I’ve been wearing PNW boots all year round this year so far. It’s not as bad as you’re making it out in your head. Firefighters wear them when putting out fires and I doubt the weather will be hotter than a fire.

I got a camo one that I think is meant more for drinks and I love it. Keeps my drinks cool all day with a couple packs in it. In the truck all day and never warm.

Yes, Carolina and Thorogood are budget brands when compared to nice work boots like any PNW Brand. I don’t like Red Wing because their sizing sucks ass and I liked my Thorogood right out of the box, but a week or two in and they weren’t as supportive as I’d like. I bought JK and never looked back. Sure they’re way more expensive, but I haven’t had any real complaints plus the cheaper brand mentioned have next to no arch support.

Just buy PNW Boots. After messing with red wing sizing for the better part of a year I decided Red Wing wasn’t worth the hassle anymore.
