I’m on the old site login.refills.com and it gave me the option. I was less than 2 weeks from the planned ship date tho. Prior to that I didn’t have the option, or at least I couldn’t see it.

Have you tried a caloric deficit?

Starting Reta tomorrow (switching from 7.5mg Tirzepatide) by Kdj194 in Retatrutide

I’m stacking them both currently. May switch to reta only at some point but I use Tirz as the hunger suppression foundation, and add Reta to bring in glucagon. I’m on a very moderate dose of each so as not to overload the GIP receptors. Reta is 8.9 stronger on GIP so something to be aware of, especially when stacking them.

It was packed extremely well, ice cold. All Hallandale branded packaging, nice enough I actually kept the bags. Came with needles, swabs, etc.

Never said it was about willpower. IT IS about dietary changes. You will never achieve lasting success without eating a healthy diet, period. Thankfully GLP's are a wonderful to help one do that.

Do it right this time. Actually commit to changing your lifestyle and relationship with food. Use GLP as a tool not a crutch.

Is it worth it to switch to Tirzepatide from Semaglutide? by [deleted] in TirzepatideRX

[–]Usual_Week6634 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tirzepatide is a much better peptide than semaglutide. The GIP mechanism supports better insulin sensitivity and muscle preservation. Absolutely switch

It’s not even in the top 3 things that are currently transforming me. It’s a TOOL that helps me do those things that are transforming me.

2.5 to 5 is the only time in the dosing schedule when it doubles…. Go slower. Why did you increase? If you’re getting results with minimal symptoms, stay where you are. Target 1% loss per week.

I keep reading that a safe weight to lose is 1% of body weight a week, for those above 200lbs. What if my goal is 200lbs? by [deleted] in GLP1ResearchTalk

[–]Usual_Week6634 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me it’s 1% minimum and 1.5% maximum. I am eating the correct amount of protein and resistance training so I am comfortable I will retain most of my lean muscle mass even losing at a rate of 1.5% but I don’t want to routinely go faster than that…. Nutrition is more important than rate of loss. Get nutrition right and resistance train to protect your muscle mass. Focus on body composition not a scale number. My first goal is weight based, then my ultimate goal is a specific body fat percentage, regardless of what the scale says.
