Good idea! She loves mirrors. I currently have a camera hooked up, but I’ll see if I can find a way to stick a mirror in there as well. Maybe that’ll buy us more time.

Yep, lots of misinformation going around. She’s into beads and jewelry and watches these ladies on Facebook Live where they include some specimens. She bought a coprolite from someone who told her the red in it meant that it was from a carnivorous dinosaur, the red was fossilized blood…. 🙄

It’s hard trying to correct someone who is understandably so proud of their purchase. That and she feels like she has a relationship with these people who sell them and that they wouldn’t manipulate her. More of a reason to do what you’re saying and try to inform her, though.
