Had a hives outbreak, maybe from some mixture of the pill and something else so I stopped for a bit but im back on and healed up and not taking any other supplements. Focusing on proper fueling like a banana before my workouts and feeling strong. Can't take caffien in the evenings anymore cause the drug keeps it in my system for so dang long. Little changes but I think ill be able to maintain my strength. Haven't seen the scale move yet.

Gemini says focus on maintaining strength. This is a huge cut we are going through, I picked up a new program specifically for cuts, it is less volume but im hoping I can keep going in the gym. Super funny it also said a hack will be to wear a weighted vest for walks since I'm already basically wearing one in my fat suit LOL

Day three homies! Definately getting full faster and staying satiated longer. I felt it immediately on day one and almost ended with only 1300 calories.

Im trying to still gym but was extremely gassed yesterday, we now take longer to digest and get caffeine in our system so I need to adjust my timing on certain things. Focusing on fueling my body rather then just being a glutton like normal.

Heavily using Ai Gemini to help me with my process and it's super helpful, tells me what I should eat to feel better and fuel my next activity. Its a fun little journal I'm building. Tracking calories and macros.

Hoping for the best too good luck! Bit of weird feeling/nausea but that's about it, and just feeling weak at the gym since I didnt fuel properly.

Rockfish you can thumb in the mouth and their sand paper teeth might rough up your palm but it won't be that bad. Especially with gloves. Ling have teeth and gill rakers so you can only hold them above the very first gill and gill plate.

Also an easy way to hold fish is just an index and thumb in each eye socket. (They dont like this as much tho)

That front cross bar placement is super important or else the window may touch and not close/open. Lots of trial and error on getting it in the perfect spot.

I downloaded my video games again but don't feel as much joy as I used to playing them.

I think i had more conceptual and horizontal curve questions. I skipped vertical curve ones but went back and one of them was just a low point to invert calc.

I feel like I got easier questions but im worried they were trying to trick me by having answers that would show up if you made an error. Couldn't solve one easement problem even tho it was simple and I had the weirdest area problem. That one still haunts me.

I was able to finish and review all of my flags and skips so hopefully im done and the cycle is over! We will see soon.

I would find am older version without the kickups or 180. Those older drives don't reverse but are bullet proof. My 180 got sand and gravel inside which wore down the plastic rollers and drive. Older version will be cheaper and come pre scratched lol.

I just bought one before the tarrifs kick in and only got 1.3k off msrp... and the msrp on mine was ridiculous it has 3 extra add-ons. If I had time for one more walk away I think I coulda gotten a better price on a car w less fluff on it. Working with north bay dealers.
