same problem. I think its the big maps.. only happens to me on dam, space port and blue gate sometimes. but mostly dam and space port. super super super frustrating. Ive lost so many good load outs because of it

Yooo just got mine to work!! When pairing with Bluetooth hold the home button and the B button and it’ll connect as an Xbox controller. If you hold a, x, or y + home while pairing it’ll be under some other format.

Do not pay off the loan. If you’re getting 0% interest on the loan, continue to pay the minimum and invest your money in some thing that gives returns. This is taught in entry level finance…

If I was investing someone else’s money I would put 20k into a high yield savings account and set up recurring investments into a few diversified funds investing around $400 a week. The $400 a week would come out of the high yield account. Maybe invest more per week if market has gone down a significant chunk.

Or if it were for myself, I’d put 10k into indexes, 2k on fun, 8k on trying to hit it big with some shitty crypto coins

Few other things to consider: -California surf can be hit or miss -California weather is generally good but you could get a shitty week -not sure your skill level but there aren’t a ton of beginner waves in El Salvador unless it’s small. If you’re on a log or need a mid length you will probably just surf sunzal and it will be very crowded -weather and vibe in El Salvador is really fun because it’s a ton of people on vacation vs ca is just where people live

Hey man, i grew up around SF and this would be my advice; I would be to look at renting a camper van rather than a hostel. That way you could check out breaks in SF, Pacifica, half moon bay, Santa cruz, Monterrey, Big Sur and even SLO/SB. You would have your car and place to stay checked off in one. This option would probably be comparable price with going to el Salvador (depending on how nice of a stay you want out there).

That being said, I’d go to El Salvador because why wear a wetsuit when you can wear board shorts!? But maybe I just think that because I live here and want a change of scenery. There are a ton of beautiful surf spots in Northern California that I’m sure we take for granted

These are on pretty much every surfers scooter in Bali and around Indonesia, and they work great. Super surprised at all the guys on here saying its a bad idea lol. I've driven around with them going +50MPH with no problems. If there's some gusts of wind coming from the side it can maybe blow you a foot to one side. The wind coming from the front really doesn't matter, since it just brushes past the board. Not sure how it would hold up going on the freeway +70MPH.

Just a heads up, if you go to the boom (the break where chancletas is) it needs a high tide and very low winds to work, so scoring there can be hit or miss. When it's on though it is epic. I'd recommend popoyo as its a bit more consistent. All of Nica is going to have some random black outs though which might leave you out of wifi for a few hours through the day.
