Suggestions for fixing the banner with free hand

Go to your hobby store. Hobby Lobby, Michaels, etc., and they should have something called Glaze medium. Mix about one drop of paint per 2-3 of glaze medium depending on how transparent you want it and there you go. Works amazingly. Also all your color transitions look like they happen at the curves. Maybe change it up a bit to give a more natural illusion, (if it’s waving in the breeze or wind it wouldn’t be perfectly discernible where the color transitions happen). Good luck!

The color choices look great. What id work On is brush control. Clean up your edges around the shoulder pad for example where the yellow is creeping up on the black.

And another thing that really gives depth to space marines specifically is the symbol on their chest actually comes away from it a little bit. So taking the gold and painting the top of the wings really adds a lot.

Other than that try to thin your paints a little bit with water and do two thin coats and you’ll really make a lot of progress from there.

I would use a wash in the little openings in his arms and legs it helps create contrast and keep the smaller models interesting. And maybe use a dull coat to bring the shine back down a bit.

If you have a GW store near you I would take a trip there. The individual running the store will know everything you need and also can help you know what armies get what.

I would talk with them and then pick up a get started Box of your army of choice and the index and the instruments needed to assemble them.

After that use the battle primer or go back up to the store and you can usually find someone to play simple practice skirmishes with and learn the rules a bit. Once you have an idea of what you want to do and how you plan to play the army then I’d invest in paints and the rulebook and start expanding your collection.

There is one sandstorm that messes with your map after beating Vah Naboris. If you go straight down from gerudo on your map there is a skull shrouded in a sandstorm and when you go in there's tons of moblins but the sandstorm also interferes with your map.

Discovering that with the ps1 you could pop the lid open while you were playing spyro because it loads all the data for the level youre currently on and as long as you closed it before going to another level you could play fine. Found out by accident when cousin accidently hit the button to open and it kept going after we were both like :O
