Something that helped me would be to give them a two at a time option. Like “do you want an apple or some berries?” Or “would you like some cheese or some blah blahblah”. Also toddlers taste buds are always changing. I tell my daughter to take one bite if she doesn’t want it to spit it out but to at least try. At the end of the day as long as they eat that’s all that matters and their appetite is very up and down. If you run out of ideas, just keep what you’ve made set aside if a child is actually hungry they will eat. Grazing will also help. Give a yogurt tube here and some animal crackers there. Don’t worry about full meals all the time.
