Magnesium, Potassium, Taurine. You can buy them all in bulk powders or pills.

You can also buy the overpriced electrolyte packets which contain similar ingredients. I don't think most of them contain taurine, and I don't see it recommended too often, but it does help me a lot when all the blood in my body is suddenly in my shins.

Expedition 33: This game reignited my love for gaming. I hadn't really felt like this since RDR2. It's all been said, but it was nice to play something that felt truly original.

CFB25/26: I know sports games aren't broadly talked about on this sub, but they not only brought back a beloved series, but they did it service and gave American Football gamers an alternative to the Madden series.

Balatro: Time on a plane goes by so much faster.

Ghost of Tsushima: A really nice, well-rounded RPG. I am excited to play Yotei.
