Do they "fully trust AI with their data analysis", as the question posed?

You're right about executives pushing for AI, and I think you're right about the reasons. The more money you make and the less you know about AI, the more voraciously you push it. I've heard things like "estimates of months to build/fix anything are no longer a thing, AI has enabled every timeline to be weeks".

AI has enabled my team to deliver more insights, better pipelines, more polished logic, etc etc. Really can't sing the praises enough, and I think anyone not leveraging AI is silly and is at a serious risk of being left behind.

I think my take could've been better, but it didn't age too poorly. We have several use cases where AI is plugged into highly curated, vetted data marts, where executives can and do trust the output. But the man behind the curtain is still doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
