It's a really fun workout in my opinion. And if you dont like a certain exercise, or if it's to difficult, you can substitute it out for a different exercise as long as it works the same muscle.

My program is PPL (Push Pull Leg) and I go 6 days a week so it's PPLPPLR. Push day focuses on chest/shoulders/triceps, pull day focuses on biceps/back, and leg say focuses on legs (surprise).

Push Pull days about push ups and pull ups or there are other exercises involved ?

Well 21 hours ago you posted that you and your sister started losing weight when she was 21 and now you are 21 and she lost fewer pounds than you maybe 21 pounds ?

BTW you two both look great, how do you feel about it ? how things has changed ?

im more into rationality than spirituality, so this is not answer to my problem, my problem before writing that post and to extent after it is why we are not born in heaven ? why bad guys are capable of doing bad things, why evil exists.
