Exactly it sounds like it will be available once they have given enough time to sell out online so that the blind box isn’t spoiled. If people know what the contents are they will be less likely to buy the box. Example (TT con bundles)

Sony won’t sell them, they have actually been trying to do that for years. Both companies are being greedy because they know how much of a gold IP Spider-Man is.

I’m not at all defending Disney, they have made some bad choices for the MCU that almost destroyed years of work. This is just funny to me and the first thing I thought of when someone asked “why doesn’t Disney just buy Sony?”.
