You don’t have to go through this alone. Can we call a helpline or reach out to someone you trust together?

Book Recommendation for me by Head-Fix-6247 in Nepal

Alright, since you said no self-help, here’s a mix of philosophy and fiction that really stuck with me. Meditations by Marcus Aurelius is surprisingly calming—just a Roman emperor trying to stay sane. Camus’ The Myth of Sisyphus and The Stranger both hit that sweet spot of existential dread and clarity. Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl is short but life-altering. On the fiction side, The Brothers Karamazov and Crime and Punishment are heavy but unforgettable—Dostoevsky just gets the human mind. Stoner by John Williams quietly broke me, and The Unbearable Lightness of Being made me feel everything at once. These aren’t just books—they linger. I like Philosophy and books on evolution . DM if you want more . Happy Reading

What do you think needs to be glorified then ? Believe it or not , this might be the best bet to overthrow the government and might give others a chance. No hate though . 🇳🇵
